Intro2 – Orbits

Introduction

An orbit is the path a celestial object, like a satellite or planet, follows around another object due to gravitational forces. In the context of satellites, orbits are crucial for determining how the satellite moves around Earth or other celestial bodies (for example planets). Different orbits serve various purposes, such as communications, Earth observation, and scientific research, depending on altitude, speed, and trajectory.
